Normal Delivery Timeframe
Here at LAMIS, we give each order individual attention. Bespoke of your abaya takes time, so please allow 5 to 10 business days for your abaya to be made. Actual shipping time varies between 3-5 business days, so you should allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your abaya. During high season – especially around Eid times – allow more time for your abaya to be delivered.
Express Delivery Timeframe
At Lamis, We understand that there are times when you have an urgent need for a new abaya – for that unexpected special occasion. If you require your abaya urgently, you may request an express order for an additional fee. With express processing, we will prioritize your order and make your abaya within 2 business days and then ship it to you via DHL courier company.
Delivery Charges
Lamis offers FREE express delivery to all countries using DHL courier company except where UAE law prohibits. Applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
Returns
We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to request a refund, exchange, or cancellation of items you have purchased. In keeping with our commitment to client satisfaction, we at Lamis have done our best to make these transactions as easy as possible. We allow returns, refunds, or exchanges of your product within 14 days of your order provided that the following conditions are met: - The item should be unworn and unused. - The item should be in the same condition as it was upon receipt and the original tags / labels should not be removed. - The item should be in the same packaging in which you received it. - The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase Just create a return request by filling the return form. Process may take up to 14 days from the date of receiving your request.

Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchased item for the same item, please send us an email at support@lamisabaya.com to explain the problem or reason for exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
